Challenge
A growing Texas mortgage lender had a logo and a few pages that did not match the quality of its people. It needed a site that explained its loan products plainly, introduced the team and moved visitors to an application.
What I did
- Refined the OakStar mark through four revisions and set the palette (two greens, brown, gold) from it.
- Designed the homepage, About Us and Contact flows in Adobe XD, with product cards, a three-step process and officer profiles.
- Directed photography and stock selection around Texas neighborhoods and families; wrote and edited site copy.
- Built and launched the site with application paths and loan officer pages.
What changed
- A lender site that reads as established, with clear paths from product to officer to application.
