Challenge

Amplify HR competed in a crowded PEO market without a brand system, attribution or a marketing function of any kind. The website was slow and much of it was invisible to search engines.

What I did

  • Led a complete corporate rebrand that positioned Amplify as an enterprise contender.
  • Rebuilt the website as a 700+ page Next.js site built for speed and organic discovery.
  • Integrated Salesforce and Pardot for attribution and stood up Looker Studio executive reporting.
  • Ran paid search, retargeting and cold outbound hands-on, and built AI-assisted content operations with human oversight.
  • Owned the marketing-to-sales handoff: pipeline reviews, lead routing and SLAs.

What changed

  • A 98/100 Google PageSpeed score (up from 34) and 400+ additional pages indexed.
  • 70+ five-star Google and G2 reviews and an official G2 badge.
  • A full marketing engine with shared lead definitions and reporting the CEO could run the business on.
Creative

From the campaign.

From the people there

Nick brings a great balance of creativity and execution to digital marketing. He played a key role in developing and optimizing our websites, making sure they weren't just visually strong but also built to convert. He thinks through the full user journey, from first touch to form fill. He also helped build out marketing sequences and automation that directly supported our sales efforts. Nick understands how marketing and revenue teams need to work together, and he builds systems that actually make that alignment happen.

Chris Kowalski
Director of Business Development, Amplify HR

Nick played an important role in strengthening our brand and digital presence. He worked closely with external partners to help re-brand and successfully re-launch our corporate website, and developed a variety of branded sales materials, including ebooks and professionally designed print. He integrated well with the broader team and consistently approached his work with professionalism and a positive attitude.

The IRMO Playbook

Amplify HR Management ran the same four moves every engagement does: identify the gap, roadmap the fix, market, then optimize and hand off.
